How to useHears ear plugs:
1. Hears hearing protection has L and R marked between the track and tip.
2. Remove the eartip from the base of the hearing protection
3. Choose the required size eartip and insert it on the base of Hears® hearing protection by pressing it
4. Hold hearing protection by its track between the thumb and index finger.
5. Hold the top of your auricle with your other hand and pull it up and outward.
6. Insert the protection into the auditory canal with the track part facing in the opposite
direction to your face until you notice it provides a proper seal
7. Release your auricle and give hearing protection one last push.
It may be easier to insert hearing protection when you moisten the flanges slightly
CLEANING: Hears hearing protection is reusable. Before each use; check if the hearing protection is
undamaged, clean and dry before you use them. Regularly clean the ear-tip flanges of your hearing
protection with a damp cloth. After use always store hearing protection in the case provided

Place the earplug on the index finger and incert it fully by turning it slightly until the lamellae complete- ly close the ear canal and are anatomically sound. The grip of the earplug should be facing inward towards the head when inserted into the ear. In noisy areas, the hearing-protection earplugs must be worn all the time.
CLEANING: When necessary, clean with a damp cloth or mild detergent (soap). Do not clean with chemicals or alcohol, as this can reduce the protective effect.
Sudden or quick removal of the earplug may cause damage to the eardrum.
Always take out ear plugs slowly from your ear canal.
