At MB “Modern Silence”, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

– The original packaging must be unopened
– The hygiene seal (security sticker) must be intact and unbroken
– The item must be unused and in its original, sellable condition

Important: For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns for earplugs if the protective seal is broken or the package has been opened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is confirmed to have quality issues or manufacturing defects. In the event of a quality-related return, we will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Return Shipping<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Registered Mail), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@modernsilence.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
