At MB “Modern Silence”, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and health of all our customers.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
– The original packaging must be unopened
– The hygiene seal (security sticker) must be intact and unbroken
– The item must be unused and in its original, sellable condition
Important: For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns for earplugs if the protective seal is broken or the package has been opened.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is confirmed to have quality issues or manufacturing defects. In the event of a quality-related return, we will cover or reimburse the return shipping costs.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Registered Mail), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@modernsilence.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
