2.2. The contract between you and MB “Modern Silence” is formed only when we receive your payment and send a confirmation email.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in Euros (€).
3.2. We accept payments via Paysera, PayPal (online banking, credit/debit cards, and other supported methods).
3.3. Payment must be received in full before the order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We ship products within Lithuania and internationally.
4.2. Delivery times and costs are specified during the checkout process.
4.3. MB “Modern Silence” is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or customs procedures.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Hygiene Policy
5.1. In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
5.2. Important Hygiene Exception: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, earplugs can only be returned if the original packaging and hygiene seal remain unopened and intact. If the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.

6.1. We guarantee that the products are of high quality and match the descriptions provided on the website.
6.2. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at hello@modernsilence.com within 48 hours of receipt.
